Gym is very important part of my life style however never take life too seriously. I'm always on the go and if I'm not working I'm training in the gym and i'm not on about the talking whilst your on the bike because lets face it thats not training.
I'm not into one night stands nore am I into people who lie so if you fit into any of those then stop reading.
I loved to play piano, read and go skiing when ever i have the time.
Family and friends play a vital role as i've recently moved away from them.
